Account Termination and Suspension
gk225 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) identity or age verification has not been satisfactorily completed within a required timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or gk225 itself.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, subject to the nature and severity of the breach. Where account closure is initiated at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk225 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any technical failure. gk225 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes gk225's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In any event, gk225's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
